No, I don't blame you! People make fun of what they don't understand, and that's about the nicest thing they do!

Eventually you start thinking they're all gonna do it. That's when you're really in trouble, and it's not even your fault, because you've been Pavlov'd into it! I knew a guy who was like that.

Not saying I didn't do anything wrong but wow I was the 100th lucky winner who messed with him, put it that way.

I won't name names, but familial abuse, societal abuse, bullies, later a guy who would rather wipe his mind than have a conversation with him about his extracurriculars. A guy he called his friend, even!

By the time I came along, he was one domino short of complete collapse, and I didn't exactly have a bunch of choices open but to push it.

Plus, I had my own issues! Don't we all?

Yeah! I'm way too proud to beg for your approval of my decisions, not knowing the first thing about me except that I have great taste in cinema, but don't feel bad.

If I had a dime for every time some know-nothing called me crazy or evil without asking a single question, I could finance my own movie.

I've always wanted to do a heist flick. How about you?

Look, sorry for the "know-nothing" crack. That wasn't fair.

There comes a point where the whole dimension turns on you and you just get tired, you know? Not John-Coffey-from-the-Green-Mile level tired, but Morpheus-from-the-Matrix level tired. No matter how many times or ways I talk about this stuff, it feels like nobody gets it.
