Guilty as charged! Strawberry cake, strawberry shortcake, or just a good pink vanilla buttercream on a white cake are definitely my go-tos! But I like a little of everything. <3

More or less! It's basically very fancy cream cheese icing. It goes wonderfully with spiced cakes like pumpkin or carrot!
